Who Am I?
Simply put I am a photographer, engineer, runner, hiker, skier, and frequent traveler.
Welcome to the Michele Schanker Photography Blog! I am a new up and coming photographer in the Antelope Valley of California who focuses on Photojournalistic Lifestyle Photography. I have had a tremendous love for photography since a very young age. Since buying my first DSLR I have a lot of trouble putting the camera down.
Even though I work full time, I have decided to start my very own photography business. I love capturing special moments, emotion, and the interactions of people. I plan to shoot families, couples, and children and weddings on a limited basis. This blog serves as my online photoJournal that consists of my photoshoots and also a few of my adventures. You may also find some tips and resources that I have found useful along the way, as I continue to learn and grow as a photographer.
